ReplyDeleteIt'd be either be the day i went to Uganda to climb the rain forest to see the gorillas in person...OR the day i won that awesome Halloween costume. That was a very good happy day! hahahhaha. Dj Groovesomething won that day too, no? OOOH or on my 30th birthday where my mom flew to the states to go to San Diego Wild Life Zoo with me! darn it...i picked 3 :/

For my 12th birthday, my Grandpa Harold took me to see What About Bob? in the theaters. We did lunch in Madison and he bought me a box of baseball cards. It was just the 2 of us and to this day that movie reminds me of him. I'd give just about anything to relive that day.

ReplyDeletei only get to see my folk once a year. sadbread. and to answer your question. SD WILDLIFE zoo is better than the SD zoo and the LA zoo combined. no animals are locked up in cages. Free roaming lions and what not. It's a crazy open space place that sets itself in an africa-like-environment. I personally can't handle going to the zoos, but that one, i support with all my might!

ReplyDeleteOk so it would be VERY cheesy to say the day I met Nathan? Yes? Hmm.... so difficult to choose when there are so many categories of "good"! Good days with family? Friends? Just me alone? I think I will go with (the day I met Nathan) my 17th birthday. I got my driver's license first thing in the morning, and came home to find that my parents had secretly bought me a used car and stashed it at a neighbor's place. Then there was the sheer joy in the freedom of driving alone for the first time. Then that night, I had the lead in my high school play, and lots of extended family came. It was a big deal because in my gigantic family it was the first time I had the spotlight. :) I got a standing ovation. And got to drive home! It was an all-around good (the day I met Nathan?) day. :)
